Trainee - Project Management (MBA Graduates)

Infopro Learning is building a new early-career Project Management pipeline in our Noida delivery center, and we are looking for motivated MBA graduates who want hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and a clear path into Project Manager roles.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in our Noida office. We are looking for candidates who are excited to be part of a delivery environment, work closely with teams in person, and learn through direct exposure and collaboration.

If you have completed your MBA and gained practical exposure through internships, and you are now looking for a role where you can learn how projects actually run, work closely with experienced leaders, and gradually take on more responsibility, this is an opportunity to start that journey in a structured and supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Project Manager Trainee, you will join active delivery teams working on learning programs for global enterprise clients. You will be guided by senior Project Managers while supporting real projects across planning, coordination, execution, and reporting. Over time, you will take on increasing ownership as your skills and confidence grow.

This is a full-time, onsite role designed to build long-term capability, not a temporary or remote position.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Support project plans, schedules, and delivery trackers

• Coordinate with Instructional Designers, Media teams, SMEs, and QA teams

• Join client calls and internal delivery meetings

• Track tasks, risks, and dependencies

• Prepare status updates and simple reports

• Learn how scope, quality, and timelines are managed in live projects

You will be learning by doing, with guidance and feedback along the way.

Who We Are Looking For

This role is a strong fit if you are:

• An MBA graduate from a recognized institution (required)

• Especially interested if you are from Great Lakes Institute of Management or similar tier schools near Noida

• Someone who has completed internships in project management, operations, consulting, HR, L&D, or business operations (strongly preferred)

• Comfortable working full-time, onsite from our Noida office

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of work

• Interested in building a long-term career in project management and delivery leadership

Previous experience in the learning industry is not required. A strong academic foundation, internship exposure, and a willingness to learn are.
