Job Title: Manager– Quality Assurance

Experienced and strategic QA Manager with a proven track record of leading Quality Assurance departments to deliver high-quality software products in the eLearning domain. Possesses strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a QA Manager, adept at mentoring team members, developing QA strategies, managing resources effectively, and driving innovation in QA processes to ensure organizational success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Communicate QA initiatives, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
Budgeting and Cost Management:
- Manage the QA budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Vendor Management for QA Tools and Services:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors providing QA tools and services tailored to the eLearning domain.
- Ensure compatibility and integration of QA tools with eLearning platforms and workflows.
Data Analysis:
Analyze QA data, identify trends, create insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the QA department.
Implement industry best practices and innovative approaches to QA.

Qualifications

- Professional certifications such as Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), QMS certification, or Six Sigma Black Belt would be advantageous.
Skills
- Testing Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies and understanding how to apply these methodologies effectively in an AI-driven environment is essential.
- Automation Skills: Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is essential for efficiently testing AI systems.
- Data Analytics: Strong ability to analyze data from various sources to derive meaningful insights and inform QA strategies. Proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data interpretation is essential.
