About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-driven Sales Call Quality Analyst to help raise the bar on sales performance, compliance, and customer experience. This is a night-shift, onsite role in Noida, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with global sales teams and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

In this role, you’ll conduct sales call audits, monitor Salesforce and Outreach compliance, manage campaigns, and turn data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. If you love precision, analysis, and helping teams perform at their best — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct systematic sales call audits to assess quality, compliance, and adherence to standards

  • Evaluate communication skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge; provide clear, actionable feedback

  • Monitor and ensure compliance across Salesforce (SF) and Outreach (OR) platforms

  • Partner with sales users to resolve compliance issues and improve CRM hygiene

  • Manage campaign setup, execution, and data uploads across CRM tools

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Outreach

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales leaders to pinpoint training needs and suggest process enhancements

  • Maintain detailed records of audits, compliance checks, and performance metrics

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, call auditing, or quality analysis

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SF) and Outreach (OR)

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and observation skills

  • Experience managing campaigns and data operations

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Flexibility to work the India night shift (U.S. business hours)

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM administration and call monitoring tools

  • Skilled in report building and dashboard creation

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and compliance frameworks
