Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Call Quality Analyst to ensure high standards of sales performance, operational compliance, and customer experience. This role encompasses call audits, Salesforce and Outreach compliance monitoring, campaign management, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic sales call audits to assess quality, compliance, and adherence to standards

  • Evaluate communication skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge; provide actionable feedback

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Salesforce (SF) and Outreach (OR) processes and company policies

  • Follow up with users on SF and OR compliance issues and provide resolution guidance

  • Manage campaign setup, execution, and data uploads across CRM platforms

  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Outreach

  • Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and suggest process improvements

  • Maintain detailed records of audits, compliance checks, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, call auditing, or quality analysis

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SF) and Outreach (OR) platforms

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and observation skills

  • Experience with campaign management and data operations

  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with CRM administration and call monitoring tools

  • Report building and dashboard creation capabilities

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and compliance frameworks
