Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Job Location: Permanent - Work from office - Noida - C-4 

Shift Timings: 12 Noon PM to 9 PM (UK  Shift)- Europe

Role & Responsibilities’:

As a Senior resource - Inside Sales professional, you will use your enthusiastic, assertive personality and proven time management skills to generate high volume outbound telephone calls to our enterprise customer and Fortune 1000 companies. The goal is to generate demands by securing meetings & lead the opportunity generation process, in collaboration with the Sales Leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment by leading demand and opportunity generation within Enterprise accounts in Europe/UK region
  • Initiate contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning services & solutions offered by InfoPro Learning.
  • Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the prospects needs and expectations
  • Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, timelines, business benefits, technical fit, key contacts, and budgets
  • Build credibility and strong working relationships with decision makers who do not show initial interest in our offerings, but may need our solutions in the future
  • Persuade right party contacts for a in person or on phone meetings with the sales rep.
  • Meeting follow ups and mature them to an opportunity stage, by engaging stakeholder with relevant collaterals, case studies etc
  • Lead internal and external scoping calls, in collaboration with sales leader
  • Participate in complete sales cycle and contribute towards maximizing wins.




Job requirements

Required Skills:

  • Good command of English Language
  • Lead Generation, Cold calling
  • Has worked in a B2B campaign
  • Internet savvy and experience with Word and Excel, familiarity with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com, highly desirable
  • Minimum 6 years of total experience in B2B demand generation with minimum 2-3 years Experience in Learning/Training industry (desirable)

Shift Timings: UK Shift (Mon-Fri) 12 pm - 9 PM IST, Sat & Sun are fixed off.
