Job Title: Senior Creative Designer – Onsite in Pune (India-based candidates only)

Experience: 4–6 years

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, highly creative Senior Creative Designer who leads by doing. If you thrive on transforming ideas into engaging digital experiences and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is for you. You’ll work on a wide range of learning and digital design projects, from e-learning modules to simulations, animations, and multimedia content, bringing visual concepts to life with style and precision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Translate visual and verbal concepts, along with creative strategy, into high-quality digital designs.

  • Work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple deliverables without compromising quality.

  • Organize, plan, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines efficiently.

  • Generate visualization ideas to support Instructional Designers, Art Directors, Project Managers, and Account Managers, often working from written storyboards.

  • Design and develop e-learning modules including WBTs, CBTs, ILTs, GUI/UI, simulations, animations, graphics, videos, icons, and illustrations, ensuring consistency in style and color across deliverables.

  • Clearly present your design thinking and rationale to stakeholders.

Job requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • 4–6 years of experience creating visual designs for e-learning courses and digital products.

  • Strong expertise in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

  • Experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Raptivity.

  • Proficiency in Flash, Corel Draw, Sound Forge, and basic Flash scripting.

  • Strong video, audio, and visualization skills.

  • Ability to maintain consistency in design style and align creatives to client requirements.
