The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can elevate digital learning experiences through strong visual storytelling, modern design practices, and emerging technologies. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of design execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring learning concepts to life.

You will work at the intersection of design, media, and AI-driven innovation, translating instructional ideas into engaging, high-quality digital experiences that perform.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • Strong eLearning design and visual storytelling that enhances learner engagement and clarity

  • Mastery of design tools, including the ability to leverage AI to improve speed and quality

  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, high-impact solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative assets across digital learning formats including WBTs, ILTs, simulations, videos, and microlearning

  • Produce instructional videos with polished visuals, animation, and audio synchronization

  • Create immersive and interactive design elements, including responsive layouts and 360° media

  • Build and maintain templates in Articulate Storyline and Rise aligned to brand and accessibility standards

  • Leverage AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway ML, and others to accelerate design and prototyping

  • Translate storyboards and scripts into compelling visual narratives with minimal direction

  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Art Directors, and Developers to ensure alignment with learning objectives

  • Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail

  • Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure compatibility across LMS environments

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 4–8 years of experience in eLearning, multimedia design, or digital media

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and interactive learning design

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning tools like Storyline and Rise

  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools and emerging content technologies

  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and LMS integration (SCORM/xAPI)

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
