Senior Creative Designer – UI & Learning Experience Design

Position Type: Full-time employee

Location: Onsite- Noida, India

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer with a strong focus on UI and visual design to create high-quality, learner-centric digital experiences.

In this role, you will lead the visual direction of eLearning products, translating learning concepts into intuitive, engaging interfaces. You’ll combine strong design fundamentals with modern tools, including AI, to deliver scalable and consistent design solutions.

What You’ll Do

UI & Visual Design (Primary Focus)

Design intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for eLearning platforms and digital learning products
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Apply strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, color systems, and visual hierarchy
Ensure consistency in branding and design standards across all deliverables
Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsive behavior

Creative Execution & Collaboration

Translate storyboards and learning concepts into clear, effective visual experiences
Partner with Instructional Designers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with learning goals
Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining design quality

Animation & Motion (Secondary Focus)

Create motion graphics, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance engagement
Develop explainer animations and support video-based learning assets

Design Innovation

Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, asset creation, and workflow efficiency
Explore new approaches to improve visual storytelling and production speed

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in UI, digital, or product design
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, visual systems, and digital experiences
Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
Ability to take concepts from idea to polished execution
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience designing for LMS or learning platforms
Exposure to motion design or animation tools (After Effects or similar)
Familiarity with AI design tools and workflows
Understanding of instructional design principles
