We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Studio — a creative powerhouse that turns strategy into visuals that connect. As a senior member of the team, you’ll drive design excellence across marketing campaigns and brand assets, mentoring junior designers and ensuring every piece of work is purposeful, polished, and on-brand.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process — from concept to final delivery — across digital and print media.

• Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to create visually compelling assets that strengthen our brand and drive engagement.

• Mentor and review the work of junior designers, sharing best practices and elevating design quality across the team.

• Develop and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels.

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, communicating creative ideas with clarity and confidence.

• Manage multiple projects with a balance of speed, precision, and attention to detail.

• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative edge sharp.

💡 What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house studio).

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong proficiency in Figma or Sketch.

• A portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft across marketing, brand, and campaign assets.

• Deep understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience translating business and marketing goals into engaging creative solutions.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, copywriters, and performance teams.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with design systems.

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
