We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager – E-Learning Development to lead our eLearning development function, driving both team performance and innovation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, ideal for a leader with deep instructional design expertise, strong technical fluency, and a passion for developing people and processes.

As Senior Manager, you’ll lead a team of eLearning developers and be responsible for onboarding, mentoring, and developing talent. You’ll design and deliver learning solutions, implement best-in-class development processes, and introduce cutting-edge tools—especially AI-driven approaches—to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.

This role sits at the intersection of team leadership, instructional design, and strategic innovation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of eLearning developers

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team capabilities

  • Define and enforce best practices for scalable, high-quality course development

  • Evaluate and integrate AI tools and methods into development workflows

  • Design and deliver engaging eLearning courses and training programs

  • Collaborate with clients to understand expectations, scope, and constraints

  • Estimate project size and effort, manage timelines, and ensure quality delivery

  • Review content to ensure alignment with client goals and standards

  • Partner across production and support teams to ensure seamless delivery

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction

  • Negotiate scope and resolve project issues within agreed frameworks

Job requirements

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have:

  • 7–10 years of experience in eLearning design and development

  • Proven ability to lead technical and creative teams

  • Advanced knowledge of eLearning standards and tools (SCORM, AICC, LCMS/LMS)

  • Expert in rapid authoring tools: Articulate Storyline & Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for custom course development

  • Familiar with multimedia editing tools like Adobe Photoshop

  • Hands-on experience with debugging, testing, and issue logging (Jira preferred)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • A self-starter mindset with high ownership and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI-enabled learning tools or adaptive learning technologies

  • Familiarity with ADAPT framework

  • Demonstrated thought leadership in the learning development space
