We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Specialist to support the design and delivery of global talent and learning programs for one of our clients. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, learning content creation, and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both crafting great learning experiences and keeping programs running smoothly.

You’ll partner closely with HR stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams across regions to turn ideas into polished, engaging learning materials — and ensure programs land on time and with impact.

What You’ll Do

🎓 Instructional Design & Learning Content (Primary Focus)

  • Design and develop clear, engaging learning materials for global internal audiences

  • Translate complex SME input into simple, learner-friendly content

  • Apply adult learning principles across digital and hybrid learning formats

  • Create visually appealing materials aligned with brand and design standards

  • Refresh and improve existing learning assets based on feedback

📋 Project Coordination & Program Support (Primary Focus)

  • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of global HR and talent programs

  • Coordinate with HRBPs, business partners, and SMEs to manage timelines and deliverables

  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; keep documentation up to date

  • Assist with vendor coordination and program administration

  • Support rollout of digital tools that improve the employee experience

🌱 Talent Management Support (Nice to Have)

  • Assist with talent data collection, reporting, and light analysis

  • Support communications for talent, performance, and engagement initiatives

  • Contribute to performance or development process updates

  • Provide occasional support to engagement or culture-related activities

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or HR/talent program support

  • Strong writing, structuring, and visual design skills for learning materials

  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and learning experience design

  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment across time zones

  • Strong English communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Exposure to HR processes, talent frameworks, or learning technologies
