Position: Storyline Developer

Location: Noida / Pune
Work Model: Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline.

  • Convert storyboards, PPTs, PDFs, and other content into engaging digital learning.

  • Build interactions, assessments, scenarios, and branching activities.

  • Apply eLearning accessibility and WCAG standards during development.

  • Conduct functional and accessibility testing, including keyboard and screen-reader compatibility.

  • Publish SCORM-compliant courses for LMS deployment.

  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Designers, and QA teams.

  • Maintain and update existing courses as required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Articulate Storyline experience.

  • Strong eLearning development and interaction-building skills.

  • Good knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

  • Experience with keyboard navigation, focus order, alt text, color contrast, captions, and screen-reader accessibility.

  • Knowledge of SCORM and LMS integration.

  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

  • Articulate Rise experience is an added advantage.
