Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience:

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → offer → onboarding)

  • Drive bulk & lateral hiring across business units

  • Source via job portals, LinkedIn, vendors, referrals, and campus hiring

  • Conduct HR screening & initial evaluations

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews, feedback, and closures

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management

  • Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS tools

  • Good understanding of hiring metrics (TAT, conversion, drop-offs)

  • Ability to handle volume hiring + niche roles

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: MBA in HR from a recognized B-class institute.

  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in generalist HR functions, with hands-on exposure to HR processes.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data management and presentations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, along with strong interpersonal, social, and presentation skills.
