Instructional Designer (Camtasia)

Position: Content Developer (Camtasia)

Shift timings: UK Hours (1pm - 10pm IST)

Job Description:

• Key content developer for project support materials, focusing on proprietary business applications.
• Acts as a Project Captain to create and maintain process documentation for process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with Project Manager to oversee the workflow status of deliverables by monitoring and updating project plans.
• Create and maintain content to deliver proprietary enterprise tools and business application training (virtually and onsite, as part of a team).
• Create and maintain training videos for proprietary enterprise tools and business applications.
• Design, create, and maintain SharePoint-based websites for various stakeholders.
• Create and maintain links within guides and SharePoint-based websites.
• Serve as Project Captain for various initiatives as directed by key stakeholders.
• Promote courses and training support through various internal social channels.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).

3-5 years of experience in training coordination or eLearning content development.

Proven experience developing and delivering training content for business applications and proprietary enterprise tools.

Experience managing training projects, including project documentation and status tracking.

Familiarity with virtual training tools (WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint for content management.

Willingness to work UK hours (1pm - 10pm IST) and deliver training virtually or onsite.

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
