We’re seeking a highly organized Training Delivery Project Manager to lead and manage the coordination, logistics, communication, and execution of multi-session training programs. You’ll partner closely with facilitators, internal teams, and global stakeholders to ensure every training event runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

Training Project Coordination

• Plan and manage training calendars, schedules, and end-to-end logistics.

• Coordinate facilitator availability, session readiness, tech checks, and materials.

• Maintain timelines and ensure consistent alignment across all training events.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary coordination point for internal teams, facilitators, and client contacts.

• Communicate progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.

• Support global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Operational Delivery

• Ensure training sessions are executed smoothly from start to finish.

• Track attendance, monitor completion status, and ensure delivery accuracy.

• Manage session-level issues and escalate risks with recommended solutions.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.

• Solve delivery challenges quickly and collaboratively.

• Maintain a predictable training delivery environment.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain trackers, schedules, dashboards, and delivery documentation.

• Provide timely updates, summaries, and reports to leadership and client teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 12+ years of experience in the learning industry with strong customer service orientation.

• 8+ years of hands-on Project/Program Management experience specifically in training delivery.

• Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ across the full project lifecycle.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.

• Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning.

• Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and structured processes.

• Preferred: PMP or similar project management certification.\

• Ability to work onsite in Noida and maintain a flexible 11 AM–8 PM IST schedule.
