Full-time | Remote – UK/EU | 20–50% travel

We’re looking for a senior sales leader to drive new business growth and build out our UK/EU presence across enterprise learning and workforce solutions.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll lead from the front, building your own pipeline, opening new doors, and closing new logos, while also managing and developing a small team of sellers. You’ll play a key role in shaping regional strategy, driving performance, and scaling a high-impact sales capability.

If you’re motivated by both winning business and building something, this role offers the opportunity to do both.

Responsibilities
• Drive new business growth through direct, outbound prospecting and enterprise sales engagement
• Build and convert pipeline across the UK/EU region, leading complex, consultative sales cycles
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of sellers, setting clear expectations and driving performance
• Support team pipeline development, deal strategy, and execution to improve win rates
• Open and grow strategic enterprise relationships, including new logo acquisition
• Partner with internal teams to shape and position high-value, outcome-driven solutions
• Contribute to regional strategy, including market focus, account prioritisation, and growth planning
• Maintain strong discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting

Job requirements

Requirements
• Proven track record of new business acquisition in enterprise sales environments
• Experience managing and developing sales teams, with a focus on performance and accountability
• Ability to build pipeline from scratch while also leading others to do the same
• Experience selling learning, training, or workforce development solutions
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in complex organisations
• Highly self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a player-coach role
